Pita chips
Preheat oven 400 degrees, cut up pita bread into triangles. Brush with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Spread pita chips on parchment lined baking sheet, bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
1 cup chickpeas
1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
6-8 roasted garlic cloves
2 tablespoons sesame paste (tahini)
Hand mash chickpeas. Add juice from lemon, oil, garlic, sesame paste. Mix well. Garnish with tomato, cucumber, and olives.
